Meal guide

The meal guide was good, especially because I could adapt it to include the foods I enjoyed. I found that within the first week I had no cravings for sweet food or the type of food which I had been eating prior to this program which were not good for me.

Training

I loved the training! I had used all the exercises before in different workouts so focusing on them and building my strength was awesome. I was training for a ½ marathon at the same time so was working out 5-6 days a week which is something that I really enjoy especially now that I have broken my own personal goals and have had to set more to keep pushing myself.

I also got the strongest bench press for females in my gym because of this program.

Coaching

Lee was fantastic. He went the extra mile and was happy to answer question. I found he is focused on making this a way of life for people rather than a quick fix 12 weeks which is the way it should be.

Results

I knew I would get results, and I have before, but this program gave me back my motivation after coming back from an injury. It also provided me with the tools to maintain this lifestyle for good.
