I was quite surprised with my results, especially after hitting a plateau in my weight loss for a whole year prior.

It was simple and easy to follow. Once I got my foods and routine sorted it was great. I also opted for the intermittent fasting option, and I don’t even crave or miss not having breakfast now too!
Lee was great as a coach, very keen to help out and only an email away.
I got sick a few times (winter so not surprising) and that made me fall off the lean protein wagon in favour of tea and toast. But it was pretty easy to get back on.
Results
I was quite surprised with my results, especially after hitting a plateau in my weight loss for a whole year prior. It’s not that obvious from the photos, but I have lost 3kg and quite a few centimetres. And I think I could definitely keep going!
This plan was simple and effective, definitely worth a go!
