I joined the Empower Fat Loss Online Coaching program to get lean and toned for my wedding, and for overall health.

One of my biggest fears was committing to the eating side of things because I know I lack self-control when it comes to food – but I was completely fine!

The program actually allowed me to eat a number of things, and I didn’t feel restricted at all. It also helped me to make better choices when we went for dinner, and enjoy meals from about 95% of the menu which was awesome. It also helped me to become more prepared for the week by prepping my lunches.

How it has affected my life

Advice for others
