If a 53yr old man like me, who hasn’t exercised for over 15 years, can do this while still enjoying my beer and Pinot gris wine, then anybody can.
What Richard had to say…
I found it very rewarding with amazing results in such a short amount of time. I didn’t find the program too difficult at all.
I used to eat a lot of fatty meats. Including a more lean meat was surprisingly refreshing, and not having a bloated stomach after dinner felt much better for my mind and body.
Training
I hadn’t exercised since I care to remember (early 90’s), so I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. However, I started gradually with the weights, and of course with time, my confidence grew.
Not having to do cardio was great. It stopped me from having a dread type of feeling before entering the gym. So that was good.
Coaching
Having Lee as a coach made the process much easier. His knowledge of targeting the relevant muscle’s to make my torso tone up in conjunction with the amazing weight loss was awesome.
Results
Initially I had my doubts. However, as the results began to happen so quickly, any doubts I had were extinguished rapidly. And after the 12 weeks? Well, the results and proof are there to see.
Advice For Others
I really focused on the meal plan and refused to deviate from what Lee had written down for me. But that’s just the way I am, others might achieve it with not so much word for word following. However it worked for me and I still had my beers – in moderation, of course. Okay, sometimes in moderation.
