What Sarah Had to say…
Before starting I had two fears: 1) Was thinking I was going to fail again, that I’d only last a couple of weeks and find it too hard and just quit. I’ve done this plenty of times before and just found myself too hungry and couldn’t sustain it. 2) I was also concerned about the exercises, not even being able to do them and so not getting the results I wanted and getting demotivated.
But neither came true. I have absolutely embraced the eating guides and for the first time in my life am actually learning how to eat properly and trust that the food I am putting into my body is sustaining me.
This is going to sound a bit compulsive but working out what to eat to meet all my macro’s was my favourite part. Really enjoyed trying different food combinations to get to my targets and realising how full I could feel while on a fat loss program.
Advice for others
If you want to make a real lifestyle change this is the plan to choose. It would be one of the easiest plans that I’ve found to stick to and that fits in with your normal lifestyle. You just need to jump in with both feet and embrace all aspects of it. It has enough flexibility so that you can tailor it around what you need or want, and gives you changes to your habits that are sustainable long term.
