Eating

One word – EASY!

I’ve done a bunch of different eating plans such as ‘no carbs’ (silly!), ‘Paleo’, which is good, but the food limitations can become frustrating which in turn becomes a mental challenge. This program allowed me to have by far the biggest variety of food, which was less stress mentally, and I still got the best results I have achieved to date.

Nutrition is everything, and if you get it wrong it can ruin everything. This not cookie-cutter or off-the-shelf, it’s a custom meal guide made specifically for each individual from Lee’s own knowledge and experience, which I think makes is the difference. Lee wants to know about you, your goals, and any dietary requirements, and then builds your plan around that – that’s why it works!

Training

The training was great. I’ve always put a lot of pressure on myself in the gym – 4, 5, 6 sessions a week. Lee’s plan made me tone it down to 3-4 sessions a week. That freed up more time for the other things in my life, like my music and my family.

Results

I didn’t expect to get the results as fast and as comfortably as I did. Lee is a gun.

Just follow the plan, it’s that simple – and you will get the results you want.
